*community service points are earned during or after class by doing chores
in the studio which helps the whole class stay clean and organized. You
need 30 community service points per semester--about 7 each progress
period.  Examples of chores that can be done involve loading and unloading
kilns, cleaning tools, recycling clay, cleaning off counters and cleaning

sinks. Messy jobs get more points than clean jobs.
