^{-We will create an environment that will enable your son to succeed in both high school and in life. Your son will be part of building a tradition that will remain at Lakes for years to come. The team will be asked to devote themselves to the team.}

^{Accountability is a value that is indispensable in daily life. Your son will learn these values through maintaining a demanding balance of school work, family time and athletic commitments.}

^{Relationships and teamwork are also important for success in later life; through practices, meets and team building exercises, your son will learn the importance of being part of a team.}

^{The coaching staff will provide the necessary tools to enable our student-athlete’s to succeed. The coaching staff and the team must work together to construct a foundation that will enable future track and field athletes to carry on traditions that have been established.-}
